For Contributors

Thank you, QHC community members!

Case Contributors

By submitting case narratives or descriptions of ethics problems, writers agree that content has been anonymized, fictionalized, or compositized such that a case is authentic but does identify persons or organizations. Anyone may share a case, experience, or question for QHC development and publication consideration. We don’t accept anonymous submissions, but any content we draw upon is anonymized and compositized before is used in a QHC Podcast episode or QHC Case Collective post. Names of persons who share their cases or experiences with us are not used unless they agree to be a guest on the QHC Podcast or co-author a QHC Case Collective post. Writers agree to reference persons, organizations, or products generically. Cases will be modified for accuracy, concision, clarity, and to align QHC content development and editorial goals.

Art Contributors

By submitting art work, artists agree that their work is original and that they own copyright. Anyone may send art for QHC development and publication consideration. Artists retain copyright of their work and submitting constitutes an artist’s permission for QHC staff to modify (eg, resize, crop) works to display on the site and in publicity materials, including social media.

Podcast Interviewees

Recording. Podcast interviews are recorded in 45 minute video sessions, though only the audio is used. Sit in a quiet location with reliable internet connection, headphones or earbuds, and a microphone. By participating, interviewees agree to offer statements that are true and original, to the best of their knowledge. Interviewees should speak conversationally and avoid reading, though notes may be used. Interviewees may pause, restate, or ask questions during recording. References to persons, organizations, or products are generic; avoid proper names of persons and organizations and brand names.

Editing. Interviews are edited for concision and clarity. Content is labeled, titled, tagged, located on the site, modified, published, and promulgated at the discretion of QHC staff.
